REGISTRATION

ORDER The products are ordered electronically. Products are considered to be ordered when the buyer will complete the entire ordering process. After receiving the email from the previous item, the order can no longer be changed online, but only by contacting Customer Service. If the ordered products are not available in the warehouse, the employees in the Contact Center will contact the Client within 72 hours after sending the acknowledgment of receipt of the order, not counting the weekend. The contract is considered concluded after the Buyer has ordered certain products, he will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order and an e-mail containing a confirmation of acceptance of the offer. If the Distributor reject the order, Buyer will be notified within 72 hours of receiving confirmation of receipt of the order, not counting the weekend. The contract is considered valid because the goods are paid. The Distributor will strive to ensure the availability of all ordered products.

PAYMENT Payment is made exclusively electronically or when picking up the goods at the desired address. The option for payment when picking up the goods must be pre-selected when ordering. To buy in the online store U&Z Shopping Station, it is possible to use payment with debit or credit cards and payment in cash when picking up the goods.

PRICE All prices are expressed in local currency - MKD and DDV included.

The products are charged at prices that are valid on the day of the order and are published on the website. Prices, payment terms and special offers are valid only during payment and are subject to change without notice. The Distributor will do his best to make sure the prices listed in the order are correct, as well as that no error can occur. In case the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the Distributor will allow the Buyer to cancel the purchase or confirm a new one changed price.
