U&Z Shopping Station offers a 30 day return policy, which means that you can return items you have ordered to U&Z Shopping Station within 30 days from the date you received your order, provided that the items returned contain the original labels, are unused and are in their original condition. On sale items U&Z Shopping Station offers 14 days right of withdrawal. You must indicate the reason for returning the goods. The returned items shall, as far as possible, be packaged in the same way as when the items were received.
If trying on swim suits or underwear, please ensure that these items are tried on over your own underwear and please do not remove the hygiene seal.

При успешната онлајн-нарачка, Купувачот добива мејл за потврда (т.е. потврда за успешна нарачка испратена по е-пошта)
Откажувањето на нарачката се врши со контактирање на Контакт-центарот на онлајн- продавницата U&Z Shopping Station преку е-пошта.
Контакт-центарот го обработува барањето за откажување на нарачката и по електронски пат го известува Клиентот за исходот.

You are liable for paying the return delivery costs unless you are returning the items because they are faulty.
Доколку нарачката се откаже по напуштањето на производите од онлајн-продавницата U&Z Shopping Station, Купувачот има право да побара враќање на средствата за производите, но во тој случај Купувачот ќе ги подмири трошоците за враќање на производот во онлајн- продавницата U&Z Shopping Station.

REFUNDS

If you cancel your order in accordance with these terms, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items and any standard delivery charges you paid for.
Please note that U&Z Shopping Station is not obliged to refund any supplementary costs paid by you if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by U&Z Shopping Station.
– Ја прифаќам одговорноста за точноста на податоците и адресите за испорака.
– Се согласувам да ги предадам на службата за испорака/курир сите производи за кои сакам да добијам рефундирање и кои ги наведов како вишок, несакани или погрешни.
– Ќе се обидам да ги вратам производите во оригинално пакување, неотворени и неискористени. Во случај на отстапување од оригиналното пакување на производот, ги прифаќам правилата за замена на онлајн-продавницата U&Z Shopping Station и за враќање на отворени производи.
Формуларот за враќање на производот мора да биде потпишан од Купувачот кој ги враќа производите и добавувачот/курирот кој ќе ги провери и подигне производите и ќе ги врати во онлајн-продавницата U&Z Shopping Station.
– Доколку не можам лично да присуствувам на испораката, ќе назначам друго возрасно лицекое ќе го стори тоа во мое име и кое ќе го потпише формуларот за враќање доставен до курирот.

U&Z Shopping Station will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive the returned items from you; or (b) if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide U&Z Shopping Station with evidence that you have returned the items; or (c) if you are not yet in receipt of the items, 14 days after the date on which you have informed us that you wish to cancel the order.
Покрај правата дефинирани со овие Услови и правила, според правилата наведени во Директивата на ЕУ, но и важечките прописи во Северна Македонија, Купувачот има право да ја откаже и врати нарачката во рок од 14 дена, од која било причина и без објаснување.
When you make a return of items included in an offer, the discount is removed if you don’t meet the conditions of the offer with the remaining items. The discount will be deducted from the remaining items which you keep after the return.
U&Z Shopping Station cannot process exchanges on returned items.
NOTICE OF DEFECT
U&Z Shopping Station carefully inspects each dispatch before the delivery to you. Should the goods nevertheless be incorrect, damaged of defective upon arrival to you, you are requested to contact U&Z Shopping Station Customer Service. When notifying us about the defect, you are required to indicate the reason for returning the goods. After this, use the Return form to return the defective merchandise according to instructions for returns. Once U&Z Shopping Station has received the damaged goods, U&Z Shopping Station will process and refund you for the return shipping cost within 14 days. If an agreement between you and Customer Service for replacement of defected item is made, the customer will receive a replacement item and be refunded for his/her costs for the return shipment of the defective goods. The items sold at U&Z Shopping Station are provided for private customers only. You agree not to use the items for any commercial or business purposes or for resale, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. Any reprint, copying, downloading, storing, transmitting or similar activity relating to texts and images presented on U&Z Shopping Station for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of U&Z Shopping Station is prohibited.
