Access to and use of U&Z Shopping Station are subject to the following terms and conditions. If you access the U&Z Shopping Station , browse or place an online order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

To place an order on the U&Z Shopping Station, you must be over 18 years of age.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. If you have any questions about these terms and conditions or our U&Z Shopping Station, please do not hesitate to contact the Customer Service.

This U&Z Shopping Station is owned and operated by Color Media Plus, company from North Macedonia.

You must also provide us with a delivery address and contact details (such as e-mail addresses and mobile number).

The terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order shall be applicable to the order, even when there are subsequent amendments.

COLOR MEDIA PLUS reserves the right to change and / or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, COLOR MEDIA PLUS DOO will change these Terms and Conditions only when necessary and in order to comply with the regulations of the Republic of Northern Macedonia, in case of changes in the internal operational requirements of COLOR MEDIA PLUS DOO, as well as in case of improving the efficiency of online orders.

3. Terms of purchase

COLOR MEDIA PLUS DOO reserves the right at any time, if it deems necessary, to revoke, modify or modify any of the Terms of Use and / or the Privacy Statement listed here. Any amendment, supplementation or repeal of the Terms and Conditions, ie. the terms of use will take effect at the time of their publication on the Website, unless otherwise stated.

We only accepts orders made from our U&Z Shopping Station. We currently cannot process orders via telephone, e-mail or by post.

To place an order on the U&Z Shopping Station, you must be over 18 years of age and must be resident od North Macedonia.

You must also provide us with a delivery address and contact details (such as e-mail addresses and mobile number).

This can be done either in the shopping bag at the checkout or by registering a customer profile on the U&Z Shopping Station.

Items placed in the shopping bag are not reserved until the order is placed and confirmed by U&Z Shopping Station through an order sent to your email address.

a) Contract and confirmation of order

When ordering goods on the U&Z Shopping Station, a binding agreement to buy is concluded only after U&Z Shopping Station have confirmed the order to the email address given by you (Order Confirmation).

The order confirmation is sent to your email address when U&Z Shopping Station has registered the order and received payment. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or on any public holiday will be confirmed no later than the following business day at 6 pm.

b) Pricing and currency

All prices are shown in denari on the U&Z Shopping Station and are inclusive of DDV. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Prices given on the date when the Customer makes an order are valid throughout the entire purchase process.

c) Discount and promotion codes

U&Z Shopping Station may from time to time offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code.

Promotions with codes are generally valid only once, and once the code is used it will be deactivated and the code will no longer be valid.

Promotions cannot be added to an order after the order is confirmed, therefore you must ensure that the voucher is registered before you can confirm and pay the order.

U&Z Shopping Station reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or promotional code at any time.

When a campaign or promotion is communicated in printed material, or in digital material (e.g in an email newsletter) by U&Z Shopping Station, U&Z Shopping Station states that combination of different promotions is prohibited.

U&Z Shopping Station thereby, in case of misuse of either campaigns or promotions, reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order.

Credit/debit card

When paying using a credit- or debit card (VISA, Mastercard and other local cards), the amount of the order is immediately authorized, and the authorization will be debited when the order is dispatched.

All payments that are conducted with a credit- or debit card are made via our secured Payment Service Provider (PSP) which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form providing high-level security from the customer in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS.

All credit- and debit card holders are subject to validation- and authorization control by the card issuer.

If the issues of the given credit- or debit card refuses to authorize the payment to U&Z Shopping Station, you shall receive a message stating than the payment couldn’t be performed.

U&Z Shopping Station shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order caused by such refusal to authorize payment.

Distributor is not responsible for any errors in product descriptions, images and errors resulting from site updates and pricing changes. If there is an error that significantly affects the Buyer's decision on the order, Buyer reserves the right to cancel or change the order, and cancellation or change must be made immediately after reviewing the order and without delay.

Availability of products and services in the online store The distributor reserves the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. The distributor also reserves the right to change and terminate the provision of the online store service in a timely manner.
